  • Supported one of the world’s largest banking organisations to bring transparency and interactivity to their Global Diversity and Inclusion data through an interactive tool that visualised representations of gender, age, ethnicity, seniority across markets.

  • I helped a solar energy company go to market with a transformational corporate asset and reporting platform that delivers organisational access to view energy performance and technical data for individual or groupings of solar enabled buildings.

  • Worked with one of the world’s biggest reinsurers to realise a number of compelling thought leadership campaigns that leveraged interactive data visualisations and creative assets to build greater ‘share of voice’ around insights on climate change and the associated economic impacts.

  • Engaged with one of the most renowned newspaper title groups to design and deliver an award-winning multi-channel digital subscriber product with engaging features to build audiences and monetise access to data sets that had been used in a long standing print publication.

  • For one of the largest human resources groups in the world, I worked on delivering a global internal multi-channel communications campaign using a highly creative identity across digital formats and physical assets, to reach 30k employees raising awareness and educating on Data Privacy laws, expected behaviour and process changes.

  • Delivered a suite of training and performance measurement applications for a global FMCG brand that transformed the process and efficacy of cross territory employee onboarding, coaching, engagement and reporting of in-field success impact.

  • Helped to define and manage a solution for a global consumer electronics brand to build an integrated e-commerce offering that spanned new and refurbished product sales, repair booking, order tracking and fulfilment management as well as an adjoining owners community.

With over 25 years experience working in the digital and communications space, I have defined and delivered high value transformative solutions for a significant number of global clients.

For over 15 years I built up an award winning data and digital design agency. The agency was acquired by a media group in 2023, which has spurred me on to working on an independent basis, allowing me to utilise and leverage my knowledge, understanding and expertise for clients from a truly unbiased perspective.

Having started out my career designing websites and applications for the financial services industry, I’ve always had a passion for applying data, analysis, evidence, understanding, best practice, know-how and creative innovation that solve problems and create strategies that drive results and help exceed expectations.

My passion for digital, technologies and blending in creativity started during my education when the apparent possibilities for communication and problem solving began to excite me. Playing with the web, basic programming and creative production applications back in the mid 90’s, my interests grew into a career.
